Marcus Ledet has worked as an electrical engineer for The Walt Disney Company for over 10 years, where he designs, installs, and maintains various specialized electronic systems. From fire breathing dragons to RFID wearables, Marcus’ career at Disney is quite unique! His most recent project was launching the MagicBand+ wearable that lights up, creating more immersive storytelling within the parks. In 2019, Marcus began his animated light show and The HoLedet Show was born. Featuring a blend of pixels and AC lights dancing to Disney classics and holiday tunes, The HoLedet Show, controlled by Light-O-Rama, makes a splash with custom built fountains. In the last 6 years, Marcus has been active in the lighting community, instructing at conferences and minis, and mentoring other lighting enthusiasts. In his spare time, Marcus also works with Light-O-Rama helping with product design and customer support.

He has enjoyed being a part of the animated Christmas lighting community. He has created a synchronized light and projection mapping display on his family’s home. David Peace is the Founder and CTO of Experience Lights, a company dedicated to developing powerful, easy-to-use lighting control systems. You may have heard of their Genius Pixel Controllers, which introduced many innovative features that have set new industry standards. A passionate member of the holiday lighting community, David is driven to create more than just “”blinking lights””—he aims to craft captivating and emotional experiences through cutting-edge lighting technology.
His love for holiday lighting runs deep—his family was even featured on ABC’s The Great Christmas Light Fight in 2008. Though they didn’t win, the experience fueled his passion for pushing the boundaries of lighting design.

Caroline Puller is the VP of Design for Seasonscapes, a Texas-based company specializing in high-quality, custom pre-decorated wholesale décor for the Christmas industry.
Caroline grew up in England and landed her first paid Christmas decorating job at just 16 years old—unaware that years later, this industry would become her career. She moved to the U.S. in 1995 and, with a strong background in B2B sales, began working in the Christmas industry in 1996, selling décor directly to end users. Over the years, she developed extensive expertise in Christmas design, purchasing, production, and managing large-scale installations.
For the past 11 years, Caroline has led and expanded Seasonscapes, which now supplies pre-decorated holiday décor to wholesale clients across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. Passionate about the industry, she frequently consults with businesses looking to grow their holiday décor offerings and is a regular speaker at major industry events, including TPIE, Cultivate, CLIPPA, and The TransWorld Christmas Show.

For over 30 years, Scott Swenson has been bringing stories to life as a Writer, Director, Producer, Educator and Performer. His work in Theme Park, Consumer Events, Live Theater and Television has given him a unique perspective on the entertainment industry. In 2014, after 21 years with SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment, Scott formed his own company, Scott Swenson Creative Development. Since then he has been providing impactful experiences for clients around the world. Scott is just as comfortable installing shows on cruise ships (Viking Cruise Lines) or writing and directing award winning educational presentations (SeaWorld, Space Center Houston, The Florida Aquarium, Indianapolis Zoo) as he is providing creative direction (or as he calls it, “Guest Experience Advocacy”) for park wide Christmas events (Franklin Institute, Indianapolis Zoo). In the first half of 2023, Scott was working as the Senior Producer for the Installation of Live Entertainment at SeaWorld, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. In early 2024, he took on the role of Training Specialist for the opening of the WWE Experience in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Scott is probably best known for his work on Halloween events and haunted attractions (Howl-O-Scream, Terror Roulette, The Vault of Souls, DARK at Fort Edmonton Park, UNDead in the Water, Creatures of the Night, ZooBoo, Franklin Fright, etc.). Scott hosts “A Scott in the Dark: Periodic Podcasts for Haunters” and co-hosts the “Green Tagged: Theme Park in 30” podcast. He has written two popular books on the haunted attraction industry and four books of dark poetry and prose. Scott is a member of IAAPA, Leadership Tampa Alumni, The Horror Writers Association, The Themed Entertainment Association, Puppeteers of America and The Haunted Attraction Association. He is an IAAPA Certified Attractions Executive (ICAE), Subject Matter Expert (for training classes and certification) and a member of the IAAPA Entertainment and Awards Task Forces. He has also contributed to articles for several national and international publications and is a sought after panelist and presenter for entertainment and event based trade shows.
